Solving the Radon Issue

For most homes installing a (ASD) Active Soil Depressurization system is the answer. We seal all accessible cracks, seal sump pits, and perform a diagnostic test before the system is installed. The ASD system changes the air pressure beneath the home and then exhausts the radon via a radon fan and safely vents the radon above the roofline.

The costs for an ASD system will vary depending on the home and its construction. We will visit the home prior to quoting to ensure the job is done per EPA standards. Many factors affect the price and we want to make sure all factors are reviewed properly.
